Semi Finals, Day 1

First thing first, HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAPA!!!!

So.... stated in the title, went to watch 18th Ngee Ann City Lion Dance Championship @ outside Ngee Ann City (duhhhh!!!) for the Freestyle Semi Finals Competition - Day 1.

Mutu Pan went to delivered chocolates from Takashimaya to MBS, and when he returned back to Taka, he saw this and immediately whatsapp me the photo, asking me, "Today the competition start liao meh? They start moving things already!"

After school, went straight home to rest + sleep, and headed out to meet the rest @ Orchard MRT Station. Supposedly to meet at 7pm, but reached at 710pm instead. #foreverlate

Gary and his girlf were alrdy there to help us "chope" seats, typical singaporean uh. And he was like "I'm at the poles there, infront infront sitting down!" LOL. Half way walking to Ngee Ann City, saw Huiling strolling along Orchard as well. Had a gr8t ketchup w her, while Shui hua and KK headed off t meet Gary and his girlf first!



The competition throughout were damn amazingggggg!!! Though i think all teams have falls - small, medium, big all have. And also, there's lotsa deductions here and there. >< Some like damn sayangz la. Bo bian!!! All this is like 临场表现.

iPhone's camera suck max when it come "eye-on-an-eye" with the spot lights. So reaaaaaally please pardon for all the lousy shots etc etc. 've done my best alrdyyyy! ><

Have a short break, Shui hua and KK chiong to eat dinner at Takashimaya, i followed along since 've got nothing better else to do. They see nothing they wanna eat @ B2, so ended up i suggested KFC. And still, we can't find KFC initially, walk and run around Takashimaya though! LOL.

And Takashimaya's KFC have NO burgers, NO wings left @ around 845pm. Buey tank la sial, poor Shui hua and KK eat really little for their dinner ):

Because of eating dinner, we totally miss Yiwei's performance. >< And Gary was like updating us through our Whatsapp group. Really a reporter huh -insert smirk face-
And they wore Taekwondo outfit as well. Gary took for us! HAHAHAHA

Late night blogging while waiting for my hair to dry up before sleeping, and i have school later on @ 830am. Ikr, 'm gonna doze off on the table tmr, and worse still 've work after school @ 1230pm. HOLYHOLYHOLY!

Crash Caryn's lecture class again, as we reach school in the morning to do marketing project, nothing's done, only splitting of job, Nadd was like "Walao, i also can split job at home right! Hahahaahahah!" This girl ah, damn joker. LOL, we all damn lazy to think and brainstorm all these shiats rn.

Psycho the guys to attend Econs lesson tgt w us, else they'll be waiting till 330pm to attend our own lecture. LOL, like a dumb only.

Was complaining to Bingmay and Seah yi 'm hungry, and my tummy is grumbling, and the Econs lecturer just won't stop talking, IT'S DAMN HUNGRY CAN.

20th Birthday Celebration!

4 days ago, it was my 20TH BIRTHDAY!!!! Yeah, ikr... Finally hit the big "2" alrdy!!!
不承认也不行啊!

Woke up freaking early to work, everybody was like asking me "JESSICA! Y ARE U WORKING ON YOUR BIRTHDAY?" Lol, explain tonnes and tonnes of time... reason cos it's 'm 20 ALRDY, and i really hope i can skip this year celebration, i see my age as a huge threat to me, i don't know why... Damn sensitive over my age. Tsk, 'm a female being a female la! LOL

Okay, so it's Hari Raya PH as well, so Takashimaya was filled w tonnes of people. Doing opening alone, and the crowd flow, the phone calls just kept coming in non stop.  都快忙不过来啦!

Coach called as well, and he was like "Jessica 啊，happy birthday  啊 ! 我要问你一个东西!"
Okay, 'm not gonna type the whole conversation out, but the phone call coach made to me was to ask me whether if 'm okay w going overseas to help YCKCC for competition not, becos they wanted female lion head, tail for the competition.

Apparently, coach wanted Shui hua and me to go down for the competition @ Macau. MACAU SIAL, RARE OPPORTUNITY SIAL, DEFINITELY 'M GIAN ABOUT IT. But becos of some sensitive issue, Shui hua wasn't able to go, so coach suggested Charmaine instead. But rn, Charmaine is flying to Guang zhou on the 8th November, which again.... she can't be my tail.
So now... Coach was like, "Let you girls know the updates again."
Okay, part of me wanna go cos it's a super rare chance, and it's a great exposure, and also... it's the time that i have no excuse on learning to be a lion head. It's gonna be tough, tiring, but i wanna try. But on the other hand, 'm afraid i let Coach, YCKCC down.... 'm afraid i can't reach the expectation. And rn, i don't have a tail... there's no way i can go for the competition.

Ahhhh..... full of problems.

Okay, let's go back to the topic again.

Jieren called me tonnes of time, and i was busy serving customers. And finally, i answered Jieren's call, he and Yean were at FEP, i was like "HELP ME BUY TEH PENG LEYYYYY!"

They both reach on the dot @ workplace, and they were like, "你不用还钱啊，我们请你的！" And then i realise, they both knew it's my birthday.
They even treated me Mont Blanc and have a mini celebration w me @ shop, omg thanks Jieren and Yean  ♥
And another thing, they have so much trouble borrowing lighter as well. Awwwww, what a nice colleagues i have!!!

Supposed to leave work @ 230pm, but then due to the human flow and everything, i stayed till 530pm w Jieren and Yean and chatted w them. Vivienne also came over w Laoban! And i forget to bring home sial. EMO SHIATTTT! And also, Jingkai & Lihui left some cakes over for me the day before, I FORGET TO BRING HOME ALSO, WTF!!!!!

Got a birthday hug from Mutu Pan as well, as promised! Hehe thanks Mutu Pannnn! ♥

Went back to Amk to meet my parents and micky up, to go down to Serangoon Gardens, myVillage to collect my birthday cake from Bakerzin!!! Hehe, had also do some research on Tiramisu cakes, and forums said that Da Paolo Gastronomia's Tiramisu is Singapore's best!
Lucky me that Da Paolo Gastronomia have one outlet over at myVillage, i also bought the medium one home to try!!

All in all, my mom and sissie don't like Gastronomia's Tiramisu while Dad and me love it. Mom and sissie prefer Bakerzin's Tiramisu though.
So guys..... if you guys think there's better Tiramisu, PLEASE RECOMMEND YI XIA OKAYYYY! :D

For the next day, after school.... Went to Nex to meet up w my usuals <3 br="br" nbsp="nbsp"> Great ketchup w them before Yinkhang's (which is ytd), and Jiawen's enlistment (on 5th Sept), and we also had a belated birthday celebration for me! Awwwwww... aren't they sweet?!  ♥

Cookie and chips icecream cake! DAMN DELICIOUS!

There's my favorite Strawberry Cheesecake, Manda's favorite chocolate and Yk's Rum and Raisin icecreams!

I personally think Baskin Robbins ice creams are awesome shiat, really suitable for sweet tooth humans, but for those who don't really eat sweet stuffs. PLEASE DON'T TRYYYYYY. :b

I still have a few more belated celebrations to go... Like w my poly girls (on next Wednesday), and maybe w Dwayne later on tonight after school!
Will blog about it again, when it's celebrated! Hehehehe!

Sorry for not updating for the past few days!!!!!

Apparently, on Tuesday (14th Aug) was my Prices and Markets Mid Semester Test, have no mood to study it at all, cos i don't understand a single shit thing in this shit module. REALLY, DON'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING from Unit 1 - 4, fml hard please.

So automatically, didn't bother to study at all on Monday, but still, @ night, tried flipping through and understand which topic is on what stuffs. But still..... nothing went in.

So, on Tuesday... Bing May suggested all of us to crash Caryn's Stats lecture @ 830am instead of our usual 12nn, cos we could have ample time to go home rest + revise through, instead of staying @ school for 4 hours doing nothing + can't concentrate on revising. Fyi, our paper is 7pm on that day. Ridiculous i know, cos we gotta wait for those Part Time students as well... No choice!

After school, met up w Jingkai in school, and headed to Mutu Pan's house tgt, cos 've no idea where the fuck is Woodgrove Avenue. Don't even know how to use Google Maps in iPhone as well. Lol, fail much.
Initial plan was to reach his house, and for me to study, and for Jingkai to lepak w Mutu. Ended up, we watched Ghetto Justice 2 first before starting my revision.

Mutu Pan helped to sort out everything needed, and to refresh his memory on P&M.

Jingkai left soon after that, cos he needed go home to change and to work after that. So left w me, myself, the notes, and Mutu Pan.

He literally drill EVERYTHING into my brain, forcing me to study, and forcing all the needed details he thinks is impt to my brain. Brain-cells killer sial really.

After which, for the last 30 mins... Ate Bak Kut Teh his maid cooked, while watching him being a vainpot styling his hair. Fucking vainpot i swear! 比我更爱美, buey tank lah sial.

Headed back to Woodlands Mrt Station after that, and went our seperate ways. Was late for paper, there's jam @ a stop before Maju Camp. >< Ran all the way to the Grand Hall, and settled myself down for the paper. Really thank god for knowing Mutu Pan before the paper, whatever he drilled into my brain, was out like 90% of it? Which is roughly around 1/3 of the paper... Although not much, but at least 've confident for the 1/3 of the paper, when initially i thinking of flunking it.

Headed straight home after paper, cos i was so damn hungry that i can finish a cowwwwwww! Mooooo.....

As for Wednesday (15th Aug), went to work for morning shift before heading to school for lesson, Sam is being really irritating. And this Caryn keep making me laugh for nothing... and i got ask question again! Like every lesson will kena like that. Tsk!!

Thursday (16th Aug), finally back for my 3rd lesson of driving @ BBDC! Got a malay instructor. AND HE'S AWESOMELY GOOOOOOD! Got a grip of the steering wheel, biting point and changing of Gear 1 to Gear 2. Still really confusing about changing from Gear 2 to 3 though, but definitely 'll try harder for my next lesson! Engine got stalled for like 3-4 times, and this malay instructor just laugh his way out saying... "Maybe you love to get your engine stalled right?" bloody hell!!! Hahahahahahah!
Went straight to school to attend the 12nn lesson, crash Caryn's lecture tgt w Bingmay again. And this P&M lecturer seems to be better than Sam ley, i can comprehend more though, just that he's really monotone. The way he teach.... really ma k  i   n    g     m      e       w        a         n          t           t            o             s           l               e               e                 p....... LOL!

Went straight home after that, and planning to go training... But being so lethargic and unable to move at all, give training a miss, and rested at home. FINALLY YO

Lastly, as for today... morning shift today till 230pm, and headed to school for Marketing lesson. But left school during the 1st break which is like 1hr later, to meet Jingkai @ Buona Vista Mrt. We wanted to go to the "Rockstar By Soon Lee" Warehouse Sales @ Kallang Bahru. But sadly.... when we reached, they were close early.. Cos 3 police cars came and told them to close down the warehouse sales for today, as the human flow are unbelievable and i believe it's hogging the traffic or sth. Maybe Rockstar should hire more staffs for crowd controlling though.
Doubt 'll be going for the sales tmr again, to avoid disappointment. Say goodbye to my cheap cheap Timberland Boat shoes.... ): Gonna beg Mutu Pan to lend me his membership, in order to get 10% for my Timberland boat shoes liao loh. LE MANY MANY SIGHS LA!!!!! Needed save a lot of cash..... T___T

And guys, 3 more days to my 20TH!!!!!! Finally my turn to hit "2" already, reluctant to.... But what to do!?
I wanted so many things this year! I wanna get everything done by this year or before mid year 2013 (hopefully we can live through 2012. LOL!). Pray hard my parents gimme many many $$$$, so that i can spend on all my wants! yayyyy

Frankly speaking, I don't like today's instructor INITIALLY. But gradually, I catch the grip of everything and he lepak and read his magazine. tsk. Complained to him that 've paper the next day, and he told me Econs is freaking easy, especially prices and markets. WTF!!!!!
He told me lotsa stuffs abt supply and demand, and when I got really excited on why he knows this, the car went off lane, and engine stalled. tskkkkk

Short and quick update here, since 've got nothing better else to do ^^

Introductory Accounting paper was alright today, just that it's not enough time, i totally flunk my vertical balance sheet. Wtf w the "accounts payable", "accounts receivable", "wages expenses" and "wages payable". Enlighten me someone, enlighten me.........

50 mins for 6 qns, awesome uni life i have.

Up next is Prices and Markets paper, gotta study hard shit for this, cos i don't understand a single shit about this shit module under the shit Econs. I don't even see Business Statistics being so difficult, when both is under the shit word - "Econs".

Gotta find Mutu Pan to help me on Monday, i do HOPE it REALLY helps.

The First in a new environment

HELLO! Short and quick update here.

Having my 1 week of study break right now... No school, no lion dance, no learning of driving, just staying at home and rotting my life away.........

No it's not mundane, 've my NYPLD mates, Dwayne and Mutu Pan to accompany me in Whatsapp. And constantly going out w parents and stuffs for this week. PLUS IT'S NATIONAL DAY TMR.

Having my FIRST ever paper in my degree life this Saturday. Wish me luck people. I need lotsa lucks for these. Memorizing and balance sheet ain't my thang anymore, that's why i need to really push myself for this.

Gotta jio Mutu Pan out to teach me Prices and Market, which the paper is up on Next Tuesday. Hell no that 'm gonna flunk. 'm gonna do well for all, definitely.

And fuck the fact that Prices and Market paper is @ 7pm. DINNER TIME LEY.... where got mood to take paper ):
